Mario Golf: Super Rush

Mario Golf: Super Rush Switch NSP ROM is a multiplayer sports game playable on the Switch or TV in two-player split-screen mode, and in classic four-player turn-based golf.

Mario Golf: Super Rush lives up to its name. The gameplay is unique, and speed is just as important as accuracy. This fast pace is reflected in the game’s design: every mode is designed to be completed quickly, rather than enjoyed slowly. However, the word “super” doesn’t quite do it justice.

Although Mario and his friends haven’t been back on the golf course in a while, Mario Golf: Super Rush will bring back fond memories for those who played golf in arcades like Everybody’s Golf in recent years. However, this Mario Golf adventure doesn’t quite reach its full potential: it’s not a challenging sports game, nor is it a quick and easy way to play with friends.

Game Story

After choosing our character Mii, we find ourselves at the heart of a prestigious golf academy. The goal of both the Academy and our character is to progress through various courses and tournaments to become the best golfer in the Mushroom Kingdom. At the start of the adventure, three skilled competitors join us, but their presence fades after a few hours of play.

After this initial phase, the story takes a more exciting turn, and the game returns to its focus on golf. After a few hours, the story introduces us to the true heroes of the adventure: Walogi and Wario. Their objective is clear: to find a great treasure, according to legend, located atop a towering, snow-covered mountain. This momentous historical event will excite us and expose us to a series of challenges and boss battles as we progress through official tournaments to earn our golf license.
