❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Switch emulators, files, keys, and setup guides.

Q: What is the difference between NSP and XCI files?
An NSP file is the standard format used by Nintendo for games downloaded directly from the official eShop. An XCI file represents a raw dump of physical retail cartridges. Both formats are fully compatible with modern emulators (Yuzu, Ryujinx) and custom firmware.
Q: Do I need prod.keys and title.keys files?
Yes. To load, decrypt, and play Nintendo Switch ROMs on emulators, you must install the latest system prod.keys and console title.keys inside your emulator's keys folder.
Q: How do I install game updates and DLC?
Updates and DLC files are packaged as NSP files. In your emulator, simply navigate to the file menu, click "Install Files to NAND", and select the update/DLC NSP file. The emulator will automatically link them to the base game.
Q: Are your ROM files safe from viruses?
Yes, absolutely. Our system automatically checks every uploaded ROM using advanced cryptographic signatures and hash verifications to guarantee clean, un-modified backups.
Q: How can I report a broken download link?
If you encounter a broken file link or download speed issues, please let us know immediately through our contact page, and we will update the mirrors within 12 hours.
